Pickling Process:

Moringa Roots are meticulously washed, dried, and trimmed of any fine hairs. They are then sliced into long strips and marinated overnight with salt and turmeric to drain moisture. The next day, the Moringa Roots Slices are drained and preserved in premium mustard oil, enhanced with spices and herbs like fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, and a touch of red chilies with the base of Mango Pickles.

مورنگا کی جڑوں کو احتیاط سے دھو کر خشک کیا جاتا ہے، اور ان کے بالوں کو باریکی سے صاف کیا جاتا  ہے۔ پھر انہیں لمبے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ کر، رات بھر نمک اور ہلدی کے ساتھ میرینیٹ کیا جاتا ہے تاکہ نمی نکل جائے۔ اگلے دن، مورنگا کی جڑوں کے ٹکڑے چھان کر، اعلیٰ معیار کے سرسوں کے تیل میں محفوظ کیے جاتے ہیں، اور ان میں سونف کے بیج، میتھرے، کلونجی، رائی کے بیج، اور کچھ لال مرچوں کے ساتھ آم کے اچار کی بنیاد پر مزیدار بنایا جاتا ہے۔
