Pickling Process:
Fresh lemons are halved and marinated overnight with salt and turmeric powder to draw out excess moisture. The next day, the lemons are drained and preserved in the finest quality mustard oil, infused with aromatic spices and herbs such as fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, and a hint of chili powder.
