Pickling Process:

Fresh Green Chilies are halved and marinated overnight with salt and turmeric powder to draw out excess moisture. The next day, the green chillies are drained and preserved in the finest quality mustard oil, infused with aromatic spices and herbs such as fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, and a hint of chili powder.

تازہ ہری مرچ کو آدھا ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ کر ایک رات کے لیے نمک اور ہلدی پاؤڈر کے ساتھ مرینیٹ کیا جاتا ہے۔ اگلے دن، ان کا پانی اتار کر خشک کیا جاتا ہے اور  بہترین معیار کے سرسوں کے تیل میں محفوظ کیا جاتا ہے، جس میں دیگرمصالحوں اور جڑی بوٹیوں جیسے سونف ، میتھرے، کلونجی، رائی اور چلی پاؤڈر بھی شامل کیے جاتے ہیں۔

  • Additionally, make sure the top layer of the pickled ingredients is always covered with oil to prevent spoilage.
