Pickling Process:
Carrots are meticulously washed, dried, and trimmed of any fine hairs. They are then sliced into long strips and marinated overnight with salt and turmeric to drain moisture. The next day, the carrots are drained and preserved in premium mustard oil, enhanced with spices and herbs like fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, and a touch of red chilies.
